About Chardonnay
Chardonnay is a green-skinned grape variety, used to make white wine. It is vinified in many different styles, from the elegant, "flinty" wines of Chablis (wine) to rich, buttery Meursaults and New World
wines bursting with tropical fruit flavours.
Characteristics of the land
Oseada is the name of the vines at our vineyards in Tezze.
Located in the Veneto region of North East Italy, on the banks
of the Piave river Oseada benefits from the minerals washed
down from the Dolomites. Harvest is around 10 September.
Total yield per hectar is approxematly 90 Q/HA .
Winemaking
Fermented for up to 30 days in stainless steel vats
and then for up to 8 months in French oak barrels
with its own yeasts. The wine is transferred to stainless
steel vats for a further 4 months before botteling.

Residual Sugar: 4.5 gr per liter
Tasting Notes
This Chardonnay has a fine, crispy, elegant and noble fragrance of pear, flowers, vanilla and crusty bread. Its has a crusty bread bouquet which has been enhanced by its ageing in oak with its own yeasts.
Serving Suggestions
Best served with white meats and fish dishes. Best left to breath for 30 minutes before serving.
Serving temperature 8 – 10° C.
